Which plan should I choose for WordPress?
A personal blog or small business site runs fine on Basic or Starter. For WooCommerce shops or busy sites, choose Standard or Business: more memory, daily backups, staging and Redis. You can change plan any time.
Can I move my existing WordPress site to you?
Yes. Upload your files with the file manager or SFTP and import the database with phpMyAdmin — see the WordPress guide. If you get stuck, ask us in the chat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Standard and Business include a 15-day free trial. No charge for 15 days, cancel anytime.
Can I use the LiteSpeed Cache plugin?
Yes — our servers run OpenLiteSpeed, which the free LiteSpeed Cache plugin supports. Install it from your WordPress dashboard to cache pages on the server.
Can I run WooCommerce?
Yes. For shops we recommend Standard or above for the extra memory, daily backups and Redis object cache.
